Takabd Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Use

1. Membership & Eligibility

To open an account on the takabd platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If false information is provided, takabd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time. Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. takabd will never ask for your password via email or phone — any such request may be fraudulent. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. We recommend changing your password regularly to ensure security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposit and withdrawal transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) and will comply with applicable rules and regulations. Deposit amounts must remain within the minimum and maximum limits set on the platform. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after verification is complete. If any suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, takabd may temporarily place it on hold pending investigation. Separate terms apply to bonus funds, which will be detailed in the description of each offer.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games on the takabd platform are operated under a policy of honest and fair play. Any attempt to cheat, use automated bots, or gain an unfair advantage through software assistance will result in immediate account termination. Attempting to exploit bonus benefits by using multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in account forfeiture. Each game outcome is independent and not influenced by previous results — this is the inherent nature of gaming. Please maintain moderation while playing and we advise against spending beyond your means.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users.
• Submitting fake identification or false documents.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account.
• Attempting to hack the system or access data without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The takabd platform is provided on an "as is" basis and service interruptions may occasionally occur due to technical reasons. takabd will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues, we will make every effort to restore it, though this cannot be guaranteed. takabd is not directly responsible for transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers. Users are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from their gaming decisions.

7. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Takabd reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any change, you have the option to close your account. 8. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through direct communication. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
